1. Acceptance

By downloading or using KRINO Dokim, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. The Software

KRINO Dokim is a desktop application for generating BDD test cases from user stories using AI. The software connects to third-party AI providers using your own API keys.

3. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Your card is not charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the Pro tier rate.

4. Pro Tier

  • Unlimited single-story and batch runs
  • All export formats
  • Email support
  • Requires an active paid subscription

Pro pricing is displayed on the pricing page. After the 7-day trial, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. AI Provider Costs

KRINO Dokim connects to AI providers using your API keys. You are responsible for any costs charged by your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). KRINO Systems does not control AI provider pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

KRINO Dokim is proprietary software owned by KRINO Systems. Test cases you generate are yours. KRINO Systems claims no ownership over your output.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KRINO Dokim is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated test cases should be reviewed by qualified QA professionals before use in production.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRINO Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to costs incurred from AI provider usage.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
